Theme: “A Friendly Ecclesiology: An Exploration of Pastoral Theology in American Quakerism.”
Dr. Brown will present a paper based on the research for his recent doctoral dissertation, followed by a brief Q/A time and a reception.
A member of the faculty since 2012, Dr. Brown holds several positions of leadership at Barclay College. He is the current Chaplain, the Chair of Pastoral Ministry, and the Graduate School Director of Pastoral Ministries and Transformational Leadership. He has earned a B.A. from Barclay College, a M.A.R. from Liberty Baptist Theological Seminary, and a Ph.D. from Johnson University.
Sponsored by the Academic Services of Barclay College, the BC Colloquium is offered once each in the Fall and the Spring semesters to promote research and scholarship among the faculty along with the sharing of academic insights to enhance the learning environment for the entire Barclay College community.
